Preparing business people to successfully meet the challenges facing our community

It is said that a community is only as strong as those who live there.  This is particularly true of community leaders, who help define and implement vision that makes a community great.

The Chamber's leadership development program is uniquely designed to develop dedicated citizens and informed problem solvers and to create responsive leaders.

Leadership MAC!

Join a class of 30 people, representing area businesses, who meet the second Wednesday of each month, September through May for a 9-month interactive study program that will introduce you to the challenges and opportunities our community faces. Build your business network, explore personal and professional leadership concepts and meet community leaders from every corner of our community.

Program topics include:

• Arts, Culture and Community History
• Basic City Services
• Business and Industry
• Government
• Travel and Agri-Tourism
• Human Services
